The developer of Tris the very popular free Tetris clone received a notice from the Tetris company that he’s violating the Copyright of the Tetris company and therefore the Tris application will be removed from the App Store on the 27th August.
So get your copy of Tris now before it gets removed from the App Store. There’s not much chance that the app/game will come back to the App Store as the developer (Noah Witherspoon) is still a student and doesn’t have the resources to fight a big concern.
wonder why tetris are doing this
, its not like its going to affect there business, when was the last time you seen tetris on the shelves? 
if anything its promoting it.
