  I’m glad Cydia has become more polished. At first it was really intimidating with all those command line apps. Now since it allows you to choose your technical level (User, Hacker, Developer), it eliminates clutter. I’m curious though, why did Installer, after installation, always have to fast respring, while Cydia doesn’t have to, it just gives the gear wheel at times?

    Same sort of thing happened to me too, my Mail app would quit before it gets a chance to load anything, and installer wasn’t working. i did get it fixed by making a new custom firmware with pwnd and now it works. I had to reboot my machine and make an all new custom firmware. No issues to report since then.
