You dont have to donate (I didnt), You just contact the dev and he gives you it.

it been out only in beta only for a week and not to everyone. you must be a donator to be a beta tester. he plans on releasing to EVERYONE via installer.

What are you talking about? Its been out (in beta) for over a week. Maybe you should recheck skrews site:

I have used it for over a week and it works just as good on 2,0 as it did for 1.1.4 :)
