Maps Offline received a update to version 0.70 today. This update doesn’t seem to add any new features. It does fix the annoying popup asking to upgrade to Jiggy v03 (that doesn’t exist) and some other bugs. I was able to use it very well.
Please read my previous post about Maps Offline 0.60 to see all the changes.
1) Locate and install the update
2) Start the app and play a little with it:)
This little app is available in the Installer.app through the Big Boss packaging source, see our sources page.

Hello,
I have an I phone 3GS and I would like to install Maps Offline, but I haven’t find the way to do it.
I have read a lot of notice about it but it seems to be almost impossible to find a site where download it.
Same thing is for Jiggy Runtime.
Could you gently help me
