Time4sms (automatic sms send app)

Time4sms is a new application that let’s you send a specific sms on given time.
Great for bugging people at unholy hours or just to remind someone :)
It looks like a great app, however i wasn’t able to get it working, even after multiple reboots.

Whenever i added a entry and i restarted the app, my entry was gone.

It seems the deamon is not running on my device.
If it’s working for you guys, let me know :)

1) Locate and install the app.

2) The app is very simple, you have a about button where the developers page is showed. A plus sign where you can add the contact, time and sms text you’d like to send.



This little app is available in the Installer.app through the iSpazio packaging source, see our sources page.

        Does save for me however I can see of no way to delete a message after creation. Also if you have more than one telephone number in a contact it wont let you select. So in view of these issues its not workable for me at the moment but great app if it worked on 1.1.4

            I got it to work by uninstalling the time4SMS-app, then SSH into the phone and delete both the time4SMS- and cronSMS-folders in “var/mobile/library”.
            Then installing time4SMS again.

                  Example: I want to send an SMS in 11:00pm, (my phone standby of course) but I use the phone only morning 8:00am, the scheduled message will be delivered only that time! So, it’s not the best cron solution…
