While removing some repos, I accidentally removed the community sources form my phone. Is there a way I can manually install it?

You can try to download the installer 3.1 fix. I think you have a permission error.
As for what sources you need or want… that’s a difficult question .. it depends on what app’s you like or need.
I suggest you check out iappcat.com here you can add all the sourcers into 1 general source you can add onto your iPhone. It’s a very cool initiative :)

from http://iphonefreakz.com/sources/ there is too much sources ! which one do what ? ^^ like i said, i gguess for “iphoneroms” but there are toomany sources !! :D

i got another problem with the packages installation. since 10mn, when a download a package (a simple Tris game for exemple), after the download, after the installation, there is no cleanup and the ipod backs to the desktop screen, no new icon added, even is i reboot it. i tried with different download :(

The community sources should be installed automatically.
the currently include the ones from apptapp (installer creator), ModMyiFone, BigBoss, RipDev, and Ste Packaging.

hi, i’m new (got ipod touch since yesterday, already jailbreaked) and i’m not full experimented with sources posts. how can i found the sources for the community sources 3.82 and in the sources list of this web site, where can i find a lil’ description of this sources ^^
i guess some (like iphoneroms :p) but not all sources.
