Converter 0.22b is one of the tools you really need on your iPhone or iPod Touch.

I’ve had this little program since the beginning and i must say that the latest version has improved again.

What’s new?
A lot of languagues:
English, Catala, Cestina, Dansk, Nederlands, Francais, Deutsch, Hebrew, Italiano, Latviesu, Polski, Portugues, Pyccknn, Japanese, Espanol, Svenska and traditional chinese.

The begin screen makes it very easy to start converting, first you select your Category, then the From units and as last the to units.

But let me explain it with screenshots.

1) Install the application.

2) Start the program. Tap anywhere in the screen to go to the interface.

3) Let’s have a look at the settings first.

4) The first time you will go to the settings, it will automatically refresh your currency rates.

5) Other settings you can adjust here are.

The languages:
English, Catala, Cestina, Dansk, Nederlands, Francais, Deutsch, Hebrew, Italiano, Latviesu, Polski, Portugues, Pyccknn, Japanese, Espanol, Svenska and traditional chinese.
Advanced mode: This will no longer show you the easy converter mode, but start with advanced (not recommended)
Ruler: On or off
Sound: On or off.
Restore Defaults.

6) Let’s have a look what you can convert. (acceleration, angle, area, clothing, currency, data storage, data transfer, energy, flow(volume), force, fuel consumption, kitchen, lenght, luminance, power, prefixes, pressure, speed, temperature, time, torque, volume and mass as the latest.

7) Let’s take currency converting as an example. As the first screen you have to select your from currency, the second screen is the to currency (pretty logical isn’t it :p). To convert you just type in your new value and it will convert it before your very eyes.
You can easily swap the values by pressing on the red and green arrow.

This is a really nice app, that you can use for a million reasons, some ex., you are in a foreign country and need to know how much something will cost you, you need to convert some cooking values, and so on and on.
